Rebel UV is a neon pink-magenta with hot fuchsia undertones that glows electric under blacklight - the rave-and-festival shade with full-volume daylight impact too. Deposit-only so no lift, which means full neon impact on pre-lightened blonde and a vivid pink sheen on lighter bases. Fades through softer hot-pink over 4-8 washes.
