Toxic UV is a neon acid-yellow-green that fluoresces electric under blacklight - with cool green-yellow undertones, brighter than Anarchy and squarely in the radioactive-chartreuse zone. Deposit-only so no lift; full neon impact on pre-lightened pale blonde, faint tonal glow on lighter bases. Fades through softer chartreuse over 4-8 washes.
