Crazy Color from UK heritage punk-era brand Renbow has been mixing vivid semi-permanents since 1977. Anarchy UV is a neon green-yellow electric shade with cool acid-yellow undertones that glows under UV/blacklight - the festival shade with built-in stage presence. Deposit-only so it adds no lift, which means full neon impact on pre-lightened blonde and a fluoro sheen on light bases. Fades gradually through softer chartreuse over 4-8 washes. Built for raves, gigs and the kind of nights you photograph badly.
